In this quarter i learned new things. I learned everything that i didn't know. I gained and discovered new knowledge which is not familiar to me. There are many things that I didn't understand but because my determination to learn I pass this challenges. Not only my determination that help me to face and pass this challenges but there are my classmates and teacher that help me and guide me. I believe that this i have learned will be useful in the future.

School is our second home. We spend more time in school than in our house. Teachers and classmates are we always with us. Teachers is like our second parents. They teach and guide us. Teachers have a big part in our life.

This month of October, we are celebrating the Tecaher's Day. This celebration is a special day for all the teachers. Celebrating this day make us appreciate and honor all the teachers that always there with us. A teacher is not only there to teach us but they are also there to guide us. Teachers are helping students in order to become them successful in the near future. Aside from our parents, there is our teacher that guiding us. They teach us because they want us to become a good person. And their one of the person that lead us to go in a right direction.

Teachers teach us many lessons in life. They not only  teach  knowledge to children but they also teach us life lessons that have a big impact to us. Teachers are also a role model because they possess a great power to influence us. Teachers, indeed, play an important role in our life.

Intramural is fun

There are many celebrations in our school that going to happen. Our school, Ilocos Sur National Highschool (ISNHS) will be going to celebrate the Intrams 2019. This celebration is themed "Enhancing Happy School Movement through Sports and Dances". This celebration is always celebrated in every month of September.

School intramural are fun and enjoyable. Students who are athletes are those who always competes in different sports. This athletes are proficient in sports and they are skilled. There are many sports like badminton, volleyball, basketball, and many others. There are many clubs in our school and this clubs makes booths. This intrams have a lot activities. Intramural activities provide a number of opportunities to develop the physical, mental, social, and emotional aspects of personality. The purpose of this intrams is to provide students to have fun and  enjoy.

There are many objectives of Intramurals. This provide opportunities for everyone to develop being an individual. This Intramurals is a great opportunity for everyone to socialize with different people and gain new friends. And this activities makes you physically fit, especially, those athletes.
