Live Longer



            Healthy people will be able to enjoy life and live longer. In order us to become healthy we should exercise and eat healthy foods.

            In every month of July we are celebrating the Nutrition Month. Nutrition Month is a greater awareness among Filipinos on the importance of nutrition. It is importance is making us healthy.  It is focuses on helping people to make correct food choices and it is developing good eating and physical activity habits.

            Good nutrition contributes a good result in our body. It will take us away and reduce risk of diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and others. There are many people who died because of not proper nutrition and their body is lack of vitamins, minerals and others. We should eat nutritious foods and vegetables. We should exercise and make our body physically fit. Healthy lifestyle is important. Whatever you do it is bad or good it can effect on your health. You should know if what food is good to your health and bad. It is important to plan a healthy lifestyle.

            Being healthy makes you happy. It is important to give our body a correct nutrition and enough rest. Managing our healthy eating and physical exercise is good for our health. It is should be balance. Knowing that your body is in a good state you will be able to live longer and happy. We should prioritize our health.
